90 day manufacturer warranty

Sports Vision Technologies warrants all products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 day. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts for 90 days from purchase date providing the product has not been abused and has been operated with the power supply provided and protected by an appropriate surge protector. Limitation of liability varies from location to location and is applicable as allowed by the laws of your location. Sports Vision Technologies warranties products only sold in the United States of America.

The warranty does not cover commercial use, damage or inoperability due to outdoor use, accidents, abuse, misuse or use with any other electrical power plug other than the one supplied or extreme electrical power. It does not cover service by anyone other than Sports Vision Technologies. The warranty does not cover usage that is not in accordance with the product instructions or product safety information or if preventive maintenance was not performed. The warranty is void if the unit seal has been broken. If it is determined the product is not covered under the warranty, you will be informed and notified of the fee for servicing the unit. Items returned without an authorization number will not be serviced. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the service center.

Sports Vision Technologies does not warranty any products or merchandise not manufactured by Sports Vision Technologies. Products and merchandise such as computers, touch screen monitors, all Logitech products, EA Tiger Woods, any and all operating system software or other software other than the P3ProSwing software installed on any computer or computer system sold by Sports Vision Technologies, universal projector mounts, and projectors. These items are warranted by their manufactures and customers should refer to the appropriate users manual or contact the manufacturers for warranty, repair, or technical support.

Other than the terms of the warranty, the extended warranty is subject to the same limitations as the original limited warranty. An Extended Warranty Service Contract is only available if purchased during initial P3ProSwing purchase date or during the original warranty period.

RETURN POLICY

All Sensor Pads free of cosmetic defects and in original operating condition with all original packaging and accessories may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping, handling charges, insurance or customs fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All other products may be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:

1. Merchandise must be free of cosmetic defects and in original operating condition with all original packaging and accessories. Sports Vision Technologies merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee less shipping and handling fees, insurance or customs fees. All other merchandise not directly manufactured by Sports Vision Technologies, is subject to a 25% restocking fee less shipping and handling fees, insurance or customs fees and must be returned in resalable condition with original box, packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

2. All sales on EA Tiger Woods PC Game are final.

3. All returns must be pre-authorized and arrive with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customers may call 1-207-824-7403 for authorization.

4. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from sales date.

5. All original parts included and any other miscellaneous parts must accompany returned items.

6. CODs are not accepted.

7. Sports Vision Technologies is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipments.

8. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only, no second party refunds.

9. Allow 30 days for receipt of refund

10. Sports Vision Technologies maintains right of refusal on all returns.

REPAIRS

On rare occasions, a unit may be in need of repair. To have your unit repaired please following the instructions listed here:

1. Pre-authorization is required. You may obtain authorization by calling 1-207-824-7403.

2. Repairs are offered only on Sports Vision Technologies merchandise. We do not offer/repair any computers, touch screens, Logitech products or other digital camera devices, universal mounts, or projectors.

3. All items must be shipped in a way that will protect the unit from damage during shipment

4. Sports Vision Technologies is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

5. All shipping, customs and insurance cost must be prepaid, no CODs accepted.

6. Sports Vision Technologies is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment.

7. Allow 30 days for return of repaired items

8. All repairs must be paid for prior to the return of the P3ProSwing Sensor Pad to the customer. Any item not paid for in full within 30 days of notification of repair charges becomes the property of Sports Vision Technologies.

Extended 2-Year Warranty Service Contract
Protect your investment!!


You can protect your P3ProSwing for an additional 2 years after the original warranty with the purchase of an Extend Warranty Service Contract from Sports Vision Technologies.   During this time period, we will repair or replace any P3ProSwing properly returned to us that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.   It is a great way to ensure years of service from your P3ProSwing.   The Service Contract is only $149 and gives you a total of 27 months of protection (including original warranty). The Extended 2-year Warranty Service Contract must be purchased within the standard 90-day warranty period.

How do I return a product under the Extended Warranty Service Contract?

It's simple.   Just call 207-824-7403.   Your contract will be verified, you will receive an authorization number and will be given the address for P3ProSwing returns.
