Proper Club Taping

Taping your club to be accurately read by the P3ProSwing is not a difficult or time-consuming task. When done properly, you will experience the most accurate measurement of your swing data, and the ball flight that you see on the screen will be most representative of your swing.

To tape a club, you first use the black tape to cover the bottom surface of your club. Be sure to wrap the tape slightly up the hosel of the club to make sure there is no false reflections from that surface. Once the black tape has been applied, you can attach the slim reflective tape to the bottom of the clubhead. Use the supplied applicator guide to properly position the reflective strip, aligned to the middle of the club face, just off the leading edge of the club. The following images show properly taped clubs.
