Leslie Otten
Sports Vision Technologies was founded by entrepreneur Leslie B. Otten. Mr. Otten is founder of American Skiing Company and former Vice Chairman of the Boston Red Sox, as well as founder of Maine Energy Systems, a company specializing in Wood Pellet boilers and Pellet delivery

Mr. Otten began using technology to improve sports performance in the ski industry. He has used advanced technology to accelerate the learning of tens of thousands of skiers and snowboarders. A driving force behind the adoption of the new parabolic ski, he sponsored the development of innovative new skis and snowboards specifically designed for learning to ski and ride. His advanced Guarantee to Learn Method and Perfect Turn Discovery Centers revolutionized how the industry taught skiing.

In addition to baseball and skiing, Mr. Otten has a passion for golf. He knew he could improve individual performance in golf by applying the advanced technology utilized in the P3ProSwing™. To develop the P3ProSwing™ Mr. Otten put together a passionate team of golfers, golf pros, scientists and engineers. Their mission was to create an affordable home golfing system for practice and play that would dramatically increase individual performance. Jay Russo
Partnering with Mr. Otten is Mr. Jay Russo. An entrepreneur as well, Mr. Russo founded Global Show Productions, a global event marketing and management firm that specialized in the Sports and Medical industries. Mr. Russo has also held positions as Director of International Business Development and Director of Sales for Diversified Business Communications and Reed Exhibitions.

Additionally, Mr. Russo also shares the passion for golf and has been instrumental in developing additional product lines, over and above the core P3ProSwing product, that have escalated sales to individual users and has opened the door to the teaching professionals, club fitters and top-ranked teaching academies in the U.S. as well as abroad. He has also authored and implemented the current domestic and international distribution network that has brought the P3ProSwing all throughout the U.S. and into Europe, Asia, Australia, South Africa, Canada and South America.
