Welcome to the P3ProSwing Remote Connection page. To help better support our customers, we now have the ability to remote connect to your computer. This should aid tremendously in helping to resolve your issue in a timely manner. Because of the nature of our product, you will need to be at the computer during this process in case you are needed to execute golf swings or other troubleshooting tasks.
Requirements to receive Remove Connection Assistance: Internet Connection, an Active Phone line while connected to the internet, A java enabled Web Browser, Administrative Rights to the computer (to install the small java application) & Your Operating System (Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7) must be English.
You will need to continue on all prompts to install the small java application to get the necessary Client ID # to make a connection. If you are prompted to install ActiveX components, please be sure to do so. The prompt would appear at the top of your brower window and appear as:
Simply Click on the prompt and select "Allow Blocked Content":
After accepting the ActiveX installation, you may also be prompted by the User Account Control on your PC (if running Vista or Windows 7). Be sure to accept ('Continue' or 'Allow') on all prompts. You may also be prompted by any Firewall and/or Antivirus software you have running.
After the installation (which takes less then a minute) is complete, you should see the following screen:
When you are ready, press the 'Get ID' button to proceed to the installation screen.
